Screenprinting

Bloss Incorporated is capable of printing on a wide variety of parts and substrates, from panels and dials to signs and point of purchase displays. Bloss Incorporated offers both manual and automated printing, enabling us to choose the most efficient production method for your parts.

A variety of specialty inks are available to meet your specifications and durability requirements. We regularly print using epoxy inks per Mil-I-43553 and A-A-56032. Bloss Incorporated has internal screenmaking and artwork departments to ensure quality service and rapid deliveries

    • Epoxy ink printed onto an aluminum medical device panel.

  • Screenprinted surgical instruments and medical products.


    • Screenprinted fishing reels printed with epoxy inks. Special screens were made to accommodate the hump in the middle of the parts.

    • An example of screenprinting and padprinting mixed together on this molded fuse block. This part was printed in multiple setups due to the different levels that the printing had to be applied to, with padprinting used in the areas close to the part walls.

    • A lexan (polycarbonate) label with screenprinting in reverse on the back of the label. This type of label allows the printing to be protected behind the clear lexan for lasting durability. After printing, the label was machined to size and the holes were added by the Bloss fabrication department..

    • Screenprinted point of purchase signs and menu board signs printed on styrene, acrylic, and vinyl substrates.

    • Screenprinted handlebar ends with cylindrical printing.
